We will arrange all your shipping and insurance needs for you unless you request otherwise . We charge Royal Mail & Parcel Force prices and a small packing fee which will be including in your invoice at checkout, your goods will be shipped out to you within four working days of receipt of cleared payment but we cannot guarantee the date of delivery for overseas customers.

All your shipping fees are calculated for you when you check out at the end , all you have to do is choose the correct postage method you require. Making your Payment is simple you can either pay by Paypal ,Credit Card, personal cheque or postal order or if you prefer we can take details or credit/Debit card detials over the phone , for overseas buyers cheques / Postal Orders must be made out in pounds sterling.

Please note, insurance does NOT cover breakage's and that is why we pride ourselves on our packing skills and every effort is made to ensure that your order arrives safely.

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with the quality of any pieces purchased from us, you may return the items within 14 days for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping charges.
