All products we stock will be previously owned, unless otherwise stated
Due to the nature of sourcing discontinued items, naturally it follows the only way to find them is when they have been previously owned, loved and looked after. Nothing we sell will be chipped, cracked or heavily worn
We try to take as accurate a picture as possible of the item, as well as stating any sizes/volumes where applicable
Do bear in mind, due to manufacturing processes over the years, the length of time a pattern may have been in production for as well as any finishing techniques, there could be a variation in depth of colour, weight, thickness, size etc, and we would have a small tolerance for this. If you would like us to check any item, just let us know
Every item we stock will have been checked and grading against our grading criteria, rest assured, none of the items we stock will be chipped, cracked or heavily worn

We generally will have your item's packed and dispatched within 48 hrs (at peak times during the year, this may be slightly longer) and often your order is with you within a few days of leaving us
